Required skills:

• Ability to paint images in "digital painting" style (concepts and illustrations).
• Ability to draw concept arts.
• Ability to visualise various types of objects, from characters to environment concepts.
• Good Adobe PhotoShop knowledge.
• Basic knowledge about various file formats.

Nicely welcome skills:

• Experience in video games or film industry.
• Logotypes creation skill.
• Knowledge of typography rules.
• Experience in DTP (including layout setting and preparing materials for printing).
